Our Nursing Team offer appointments during surgery opening hours which can be pre-booked or made on the day. They also provide emergency and urgent care as required.
Practice nurses work within the practice where they plan and provide nursing care, treatment and health education to patients of all ages.
The Health Care Assistant team provide support to the GPs, Nurse Practitioners and Practice Nurses.
The Practice Manager is involved in managing all of the business aspects of the practice such as making sure that the right systems are in place to provide a high quality of patient care, human resources, finance, patient safety, patient experience, premises and equipment and information technology. The Practice Manager supports the GPs and other medical professionals with delivering patient services and also helps to develop extended services to enhance patient care.
Deputy Practice Manager
The Administration Team deal with financial claims, dealing with patient records,carrying out searches and practice audits. They also deal with requests for medical reports and information. They code all medical records and incoming mail along with scanning in correspondence onto patients records.
The team consists of: Kerry (Administration Team Lead), Janet, Grace, Kayleigh, Helen, Annie, Maria, Sue and Rose.
Administration Team Lead
Receptionists provide a vital link for patients with the practice and are your initial contact point for general enquiries. They can provide basic information on services and results and will care navigate you to the right person depending on your health issue or query. Receptionists make most of the patient appointments with the GPs and nurses. They also perform other important tasks such as issuing repeat prescriptions and dealing with prescription enquiries.
The team consists of Julie, Lucy, Angie, Margaret, Karen, Jasmin, Olivia, Robyn, Chloe, Liz and Connie.
The secretaries type up referrals for further care and any other correspondence relating to patient care. They also make 'Choose & Book' appointments.
