You are able to book a routine or follow up appointment up to 4 weeks in advance with the GP or Practice Nurse of your choice (subject to availability).
We will endeavour to give you an appointment with the doctor of your choice but if your need is urgent you will be offered the first available appointment on the day with any available doctor or with the nurse practitioner.
We offer consultations at 10 minute intervals. If you require longer, please tell the receptionist when you book your appointment so we can try an accommodate a longer appointment.
We do offer a limited number of late telephone appointments for patients to speak to their Doctor out of their normal working day.
You can now book appointments in advance online via the link at the top of this page. This is the same login details for requesting a repeat prescription. If you would like to use either service please request your registration letter when you next attend the surgery.
Monitoring of the appointment system is on-going because patient requirements and needs change. In order to provide the best service possible the system will always need to be monitored and changed where appropriate to improve accessibility.
Evening and Weekend Appointments
Patients who are registered at Scartho Medical Centre can now book an appointment to see a range of clinicians including GPs and nurses on weekday evenings (after 6.30pm) or at the weekend (on Saturday and Sundays 8:00 till 12:00). All appointments will take place at Clee Medical Centre, 323 Grimsby Road, Cleethorpes, DN35 7XE
A number of different surgeries in North East Lincolnshire participate in these extended access appointments so you may not necessarily see a GP or Nurse from Clee Medical Centre.
You can book routine review appointments for the following: COPD / Asthma / Diabetic / Cervical Screening / Contraception renewals and many more depending on the clinician working the Clinic that week.
You can also book our extended access clinics for routine Health Care appointments these include Blood tests / Blood Pressure checks / B12 Injections and so on.
These appointments are booked in advance and access to the surgery will only be granted if you have an appointment booked via Intercom. To arrange an appointment please contact Scartho Medical Centres reception team as normal.
If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else.
